Swimming Update 8/5/09

Beli jumping in the pool...no hands needed!

Isabel and Kaitlin are still making great improvements in their swimming. Today, Katie-poo actually WANTED to be dunked...see the video below. She also is doing a great job floating on her back. She is much more relaxed in the water and her kicking is getting stronger. Beli started jumping in the pool all by herself...no holding hands with Aunt Lauren. Once she tried it, she found out she loved it. She jumped in the pool and rolled over to her back to float...which is a life saving technique, I think. Lauren was there to help her, but Beli didn't need any help. I'm so proud of them!!!
