Park, Buca & Cupcakes! 10/05/09

Sophie kept yelling, "Higher, Mama, Higher!"

The only way we could get them to all sit and take a pic today was to bribe them with cupcakes!
(Luke was there too...but he didn't make it in the picture.)

I've been wanting to try making owl cupcakes...since Nicole loves owls, it worked out perfectly!

The gang got together today for a little lunch (Buca di Beppo take-out...mmm, so good!), some play time at the park and cupcakes for Nicole's birthday. Sophie was a little quiet today, all she wanted to do was go on the swings...but she sure perked up when it was time to eat a cupcake. It was such a nice day...it's finally feeling like fall!
