I think it rained here for 6 or 7 days straight, so the beginning of the Christmas break has been a bit uneventful. But that's ok, it gave us all a chance to relax and catch up on some much needed rest! Especially since our Christmas weekend will be a bit crazy.

Fun with Daddy...the best way to spend a rainy day!
During one of the stormy days, we were hit with a bunch of really dark clouds and a blackout for about an hour. The girls had fun playing with flashlights while I got us ready to get out to Target...along with the rest of Brea! Of course, by the time we were ready to leave, the power flickered back on.
Hopefully, we'll get out and enjoy the break soon...but for now, we're just happy to be home and together!
