We tried something new this year with a bunch of our friends... each kid drew a name out of a bag and bought one secret Santa gift. We then had everyone over to our house for a little party so all the kids could eat lunch, exchange gifts and play. We were going to bake cookie and have the kids decorate them, but they were having too much fun playing that we decided not to disturb the happiness!
